Refund policy

United States & Canada Customers ONLY
(For all other Countries, please consult with your retailer or local distributor for terms and conditions for returns.)

• Items can be returned within 30 days of the delivery date and will be refunded only to the original form of payment. If you wish to return an item, you must contact info@vpiindustries.com first before mailing the item back to us.

• VPI is not responsible for items shipped back without an RMA form or other proper paperwork.

• Customers MUST send in their item(s) listed in the RMA first before a replacement part(s) are shipped. VPI reserves the right to make a discretionary acceptation.

• Acceptable Returns are items that are in new condition and in the original packaging.

• Customers have up to 72 hours after receiving their product to report any cosmetic or physical defects.

• We do not accept ANY returns that are second hand purchased by Non-Certified VPI Dealership or from ANY online resellers such as eBay, Amazon, AudiogoN, or any other not listed here.

• All Used, Demo, or Discounted Turntables or other products sold on our site are non-returnable/non-refundable.

• Return shipping is paid for by the customer.

• Custom items are non-cancellable and non-refundable.

• VPI reserves the right to apply a 15% restocking fee on returned items.

• Items returned after 30 days but within 60 days can be returned for store credit with a 15% restocking fee.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order within 72 hours of reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
